There's blood, sweat and tears in this opening episode as the candidates each design their Eco Sheds, then make a bird house, a workbench and a simple post, all with disastrous results. After a major redesign of their eco shed frames, our handymen get wired... by building solar panel housing and wiring their eco sheds for solar energy. After more than three hours of blood, sweat and tears, our handymen limp toward the light with various levels of success. BONUS: Can-cam confessions from Episode 2.
The heat rises in our Handyman Rehabilitation Centre as our bad builders begin to seal the walls in their Eco Sheds. As they frame, install and seal their windows, it soon becomes clear that almost no one, despite full classroom preparations, is going to be able to complete this challenge successfully. Things really get messy as our confused carpenters begin drywalling their Eco Sheds. They measure, score, apply and plaster the drywall but it's our handymen who start to come apart at the seams as Candace and Justin fight for supremacy, Ruth fires her daughter, and Terry works without Harvey.
After a very messy episode in which drywall goes up and tiles go up...and down, it's time for a change. Harvey has gone home with a bad back, and is replaced by Terry's wife, Angie. Angie quickly steps in and saves the day for Terry as the handymen begin grouting their tiles in their Eco Sheds. BONUS: Can-cam confessionals
Construction on the Eco sheds is nearing the finish line, but it quickly becomes clear that the handymen still have a long way to go as they start to build an entertainment unit... from scratch. BONUS: Can-cam confessionals
The completed sheds are revealed for their final evaluation. Which of them will fit through the warehouse door? Everything comes to a head as this season's Canada's Worst Handyman is named, once and for all. BONUS: Can-cam confessionals
The Eco sheds are complete and it's time for the moment of truth. As our handymen try to fit them out the workshop door, we'll see who's followed directions and respected the height restriction and who has not. We also find out who is Canada's Worst Handyman.
In our ninth and final episode, we have 5 eco-sheds to show for after a long stint in rehab...all built by Canada's Worst Handymen. These sheds have been auctioned off on eBay with the profits destined for Habitat for Humanity, and it's time to deliver them to their new owners.
